A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the "Karo Hovagimian" charitable foundation.
The memorandum, which was signed by the Minister of LSA, Narek Mkrtchyan, and the founder director of the Foundation, Sarkis Hovagimian, envisages to apply the effective experience of providing educational, medical and social support of the fund to the children's families operating under the ministry, in order to provide support according to the assessed need to strengthen the families of children who are in a difficult life situation.
